The Server Side index file can be any name, as
specified in the Client Side index file. In a simple software update
deployment, the Server Side index file must be placed on the server at the
index URL specified in the Client Side index file.
If you deploy the Update Server to provide software
update subscription, you do not need the Server Side index file. In this case,
the Updater connects to the Update Server Web Service instead.
